Acidophilus
Acidophilus is a powder form of the normal, friendly bacteria that live in the intestines and digestive system, commonly known as flora.  Intestinal flora and yeast helps regulate our digestion and stool patterns.  At points in time when the bacterial flora have diminished due to taking antibiotics, the yeast in our system can overgrow, leading to a variety of problems. Acidophilus is good for thrush, yeast diaper rash, vaginal yeast infection, diarrhea and yeast infections of the breast.

L-Glutamine

Glucosamine HCL
Glucosamine HCL is a natural substance that is found in high concentrations in our joint structures.  The body uses it in the synthesis of lubricants as it stimulates the manufacture of substances that are necessary for joint repair.  People who lack the production of glucosamine are at more of a risk for the development of osteoarthritis.

Fructose
Fructose is also known as the fruit sugar and is the sweetest of all sugars. It is found in honey, fruit, and is the only sugar in human semen. In this case, it has a laxative effect and helps to sweeten the Digestion Health’s Digestion Repair.

Maltitol
Maltitol is a sugar-free sweetener that is about 90% as sweet as sugar. It is remarkably similar to sucrose and is significantly reduced in the amount of calories that it carries.  Maltitol is made by the hydrogenation of maltose which comes from starch.  It is slowly absorbed, so there is less of a ‘rise and fall’ in blood sugar that you see with regular fructose. Many times, consumption of maltitol has a laxative effect.
