Directions for the Colon Cleansing Program

The following program is for people who DO NOT HAVE any of the following problems: hemorrhoids, colon cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, spastic colon, Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis, prolapsed colon, rectal bleeding or any other colon problem.  If you do have any of the above you badly need to do the following program, but you must first solve the current problem.  To do this, we suggest taking Digestion Health’s Digestion Repair.  This program is not recommended to persons who are about to undergo surgery, chemotherapy, or are pregnant or nursing.

Step One: Drink Water
Your body weight, in pounds, divided by two, equals the number of ounces of water you should drink each day.  Your body is approximately seventy percent water and relies on a constant supply of it to carry out the essential bodily functions.  If you do not drink enough water, your kidneys, which filter about 40 to 60 gallons of blood each day, will not be able to filter your blood properly.  This has the potential to cause such disorders as weight gain, irregular bowel movements and skin disorders such acne.  Even if you feel like you drink enough water daily, it is important to consciously drink more water than usual when you are on a cleansing program.  This helps to the Colon Cleaner and Bowel Stimulant work better and also helps to naturally detoxify the body.

Step Two: Get Regular
A healthy colon should have a bowel movement shortly after each large meal.  If you are having at least one bowel movement every day, then you may skip Step Two and continue to Step Three.  If you are not having a bowel movement daily, then the goal of this step is to correct this problem.  Having at least one bowel movement a day helps to ensure that the next part of this program (Step Three) goes smoothly.  We suggest that if you are having only 5-6 bowel movements a week, that you begin taking Bowel Stimulant to aid in becoming regular.  It is impossible to say exactly how many bowel stimulants to take in order for you to become regular, but it is important to take enough to move the bowels, but not so much that it gives you diarrhea. You may not need to take as many bowel stimulants to remain regular once you start going.  Be careful of over-doing it, because you cannot move on to Step Three if you are experiencing diarrhea.

bowels
If you are having less than 3-4 bowel movements a week, we recommend taking even more of the Bowel Stimulant to correct this problem.  If your constipation is tied into problems such as IBS or acid reflux disease, it is highly recommended that you start with Digestion Health’s Digestion Repair and the use of Bowel Stimulant in order to make yourself regular.  Digestion Repair can also correct chronic diarrhea, and does not have to be taken with Bowel Stimulant.  Depending on the seriousness of your constipation, you may want to just use more of the Bowel Stimulant, and not do the Digestion Repair because of the price.  Digestion Repair is expensive because of the powerful ingredients and is worth every penny, especially if you have already spent thousands on your digestion problems.  Just to clear it up, Digestion Repair can correct constipation and diarrhea because it has the ability to regulate the bowels no matter what your current condition is.  If you are experiencing digestion extremes, Digestion Repair is an essential step before moving on to Step Three.

It is necessary to ensure that the bowels are moving DAILY before going to Step Three of this program.  Approximately 30% of people who have constipation do well when they take a fiber-type product; however about 70% do not do well and it makes them even more constipated because of the fiber.  Cleaning the small intestines and colon with fiber will constipate people who are already constipated, so that is why it is necessary to do Step Two first.  A healthy colon is supposed to have a bowel movement after each meal, but not more than three daily.  If you are not going enough, or are going too much, it’s not time for you to move on to Step Three.

Step Three: Clean the Colon
If you are having a bowel movement DAILY, you can begin this step.  This part of the program does not send someone running to the bathroom every 5 minutes with diarrhea like some other colon cleansing programs.  If anything, it may make someone constipated.  Do not begin this step if you are not having a bowel movement at least once per day; if you are not, please go back and do Step Two!  People who have had best results are usually having 10 or more bowel movements per week.  If you are indeed having a bowel movement at least once a day, then you will start with The Colon Cleaner.  It is important to drink the proper amount of water as described in Step One of this program to have the best success in Step Three.  First take one tablespoon of The Colon Cleaner mixed in about 4 ounces (a glass) of water (or mix to your taste).  Then drink a second glass of water right after it.

You are looking for one or more of the following to take place:

  • An increase in the amount of bowel movement.
  • A feeling of being full, much like you may feel if you eat too much pasta.
  • Having to strain more than usual when having a bowel movement.
  • A feeling of being constipated or a ‘can not go’ feeling when you think you should be able to ‘go’.
  • Skipping a bowel movement when you usually have one.

colon
If you find yourself NOT ‘going’ at all, then you have taken too much.  This is easy to do because many people take too much because they like the taste of The Colon Cleaner.  Any combination of the above means that you could be taking the right amount.  Next, add one or more Bowel Stimulants; one to three times a day but with a meal.  Remember: The Colon Cleaner is taken on an empty stomach; but Bowel Stimulant is taken with food, so they are not taken together.

The Colon Cleaner’s purpose is to bulk up the intestines with its ‘glue’ so that it can grab all the ‘goo’ out of the intestines.  It does turn ‘sticky’ inside your body, so if you drink it when you have something in your stomach, it will stick to whatever you just ate and make it more difficult to be used as a colon cleansing remedy.  Keep in mind that the point of The Colon Cleaner is not to speed things up, but rather slow them down, so taking more than 2 tablespoons, twice a day would pretty much constipate anyone.  Start with one tablespoon, twice a day for the first few days and then increase it EVERY OTHER DAY by a tablespoon until you start to see the results listed above.

Bowel Stimulant is to be taken as soon as any of the 5 items above begin to kick in.  This product’s purpose is to keep things moving; especially if you have bulked up your intestines with The Colon Cleaner.  Most people have to play with the combination of The Colon Cleaner and the Bowel Stimulant for a few days until they find the right combination that produces results for them.

Many people after completing Step Three in the program have lost belly fat (if they needed to lose weight).  Other positive results that often occur include loss of cellulite, migraine headaches, joint pain, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Many times, certain disorders become less problematic and many times arthritis as well as many skin problems have started to diminish or even clear up entirely.  Many people have reported their energy level increasing dramatically as well as their mood.  These are just a few of the most noticed benefits of Step Three.  Many people ask, ‘how long do I do step three?’  The answer is: Until you finish The Colon Cleaner powder.  This usually takes about 10 to 15 days.  We suggest that if you have lost more than 2 pounds a week when you do Step Three to completion, take a five day break, then do Step Three again.  This probably means you had a lot of excess fecal matter in your colon that needed to be cleaned out, and if you do the program twice, you are likely to lose more weight and be able to get a deeper cleanse the second time around.
